Responsibilities:
- Perform exams, diagnostics, and treatments for small animal patients
- Conduct surgical and dental procedures (mentorship available)
- Communicate effectively with pet parents and the veterinary team
- Guide and mentor support staff to deliver exceptional care
- Help develop and maintain medical protocols and standards
- Keep accurate, detailed records using an EHR system
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented clinic environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited institution
- Licensed or eligible to practice in Florida
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Passion for collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning
- Committed to delivering an excellent client and patient experience
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in surgery and dentistry (or a desire to grow in this area)
- Interest in practice management or team leadership
- Familiarity with EHR systems and modern diagnostics
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
