Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive wellness exams, diagnostics, and treatments
• Manage a variety of small animal medical and surgical cases
• Collaborate with and mentor a skilled team of veterinary professionals
• Provide excellent client communication and education
• Assist in the development and implementation of clinic protocols
• Maintain thorough and accurate medical records using EHR
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented workplace culture

What We’re Looking For:

•  Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited institution
•  Licensed or eligible to practice in Florida
•  Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
•  Passion for team collaboration and mentorship
•  Excellent communicator with a client-first mindset

Preferred Skills:

•  Experience in surgery and dentistry (mentorship available)
•  Interest in hospital leadership or practice growth
•  Familiarity with EHR systems and modern diagnostic tools
•  Bilingual is a plus but not required
