Public Adjuster

Job Description

Our client is looking for a driven and coachable individual to become a Public Adjuster with our team. No prior experience is required—we provide training and support to help you get licensed and succeed in the field. As a Public Adjuster, you’ll work directly with property owners to help them file and maximize their insurance claims after property damage.
 
What You’ll Do:

• Inspect property damage (e.g., from storms, fire, water, etc.)
• Help clients understand their insurance policies
• Document losses and assist in preparing estimates
• Work with insurance companies to negotiate fair settlements
• Communicate regularly with clients throughout the claims process

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel locally
• Must be willing to obtain a Public Adjuster license (we can help with that)
• Must be willing to travel between Tampa and Orlando

Compensation & Benefits

• $20 per hour
• 25 hours per week (3:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
• Excellent commission structure
