Overview
 
Our client is seeking a Probate Litigation Associate to join their team. This role is ideal for a mid-level attorney who is ready to take ownership of complex cases, advocate passionately for clients, and regularly handle courtroom proceedings.
 
Compensation:
 

• $120,000 – $150,000

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a robust caseload of probate, trust, and guardianship litigation matters from inception through resolution or trial.
• Actively represent clients in court, handling hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials throughout the Miami/South Florida area.
• Prepare high-quality pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, subpoenas, and legal briefs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear, empathetic, and strategic legal counsel.
• Conduct deep, analytical research into complex estate, trust, and fiduciary duty issues.

Qualifications :

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• 4+ years of practice specifically focused on probate and trust litigation.
• Proven experience independently handling court appearances and depositions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
