Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to join their team. You will serve as the backbone of the office, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who excels at managing multiple administrative workflows, supporting a legal and professional team, and keeping the office environment welcoming and well-organized. Most important, you must genuinely love managing people and keeping a team thriving.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $70 – $95k per year, based on experience and performance

Key Responsibilities:
- Operations & Facilities: Oversee day-to-day office operations, maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Administrative Support: Manage administrative workflows, coordinate schedules and meetings, and provide reliable day-to-day support to attorneys and staff.
- Financial Management: Handle general billing operations, including managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) with high accuracy.
- Vendor Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for office vendors, building managers, and service providers, managing contracts, service schedules, and maintenance.
- Front Desk: Oversee front-desk operations, warmly greeting clients and visitors, and managing incoming communications with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Coordinator, or Executive/Legal Assistant in a professional office environment.
- Experience with basic bookkeeping, billing processes, and managing Accounts Payable (AP) / Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Proficiency in office productivity tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and familiarity with basic accounting or office management software.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential business and client information.
