Our client is a growing law firm specializing in Probate and Estate Litigation. They are expanding their North Palm Beach office and seeking a seasoned professional to join the team.
 
As a Litigation Paralegal, you will be providing essential support throughout every stage of the contested probate and trust process. The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of litigation experience and a proven track record of managing complex estate matters with precision.
 
 
Key Responsibilities
 

• Assist in managing and coordinating all Probate, Trust, and Guardianship litigation cases.
• Collaborate with attorneys to prepare and review legal documents for contested estates, including Petitions for Administration, Trust Contests, and Guardianship Appointments.
• Manage the discovery process specifically for estate disputes, including drafting subpoenas and organizing case exhibits.

 
 
Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of active litigation experience (handling filings, discovery, and trial prep).
• 3+ years of experience specifically in Probate, Estate, Trust, and Guardianship litigation.
• Experience with at least one trial or contested evidentiary hearing.
• Ability to handle sensitive family dynamics and the complexities of estate cases with discretion.
• Proficiency in Spanish, Russian, or French is a plus.
