Our client is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their trial practice. Whether you are an early-career attorney ready for significant courtroom exposure or an experienced litigator seeking a long-term professional home, this role offers direct case management, active trial work, and structured mentorship from seasoned partners. 
 
Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $75,000 – $150,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage civil and commercial litigation matters from intake through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct depositions, court hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings.
• Perform detailed legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
• Communicate directly with high-value clients, providing tailored strategy and responsive representation.
• Collaborate with firm partners and senior counsel on complex, high-stakes disputes.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active Membership in good standing with The Florida Bar (or pending admission).
• Experience: Open to all levels of experience, provided the candidate has a strong foundational background or passion for civil/commercial litigation.
• Local Connection (Required): Demonstrated current or prior ties to Vero Beach, Indian River County, or the Treasure Coast region.
• Excellent legal writing, oral advocacy, research, and analytical skills.
