Job Description
Job Title: Lifecycle Marketing Manager
Job Type: Full – Time (Onsite)
Location: Miami, FL
Overview:
Our client is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own, architect, and optimize the end-to-end customer journey. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing customer acquisition conversions, lead nurturing, post-purchase onboarding, retention, and long-term customer lifetime value (LTV).
The company operates at the intersection of consumer technology, medical aesthetics, and e-commerce. You will design automated multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, and in-platform messaging) that educate buyers on hair health, reinforce clinical device compliance, and build deep brand loyalty.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $130,000 – $150,000 per year
- Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
- 401(k) with company match
- Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Journey Strategy: Map, build, and continuously optimize the customer lifecycle—spanning lead generation, pre-purchase education, high-consideration medical device conversion, onboarding, retention, and win-back campaigns.
- Automation & Campaign Execution: Architect scalable automated workflows and triggered campaigns using modern marketing automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Segmentation & Personalization: Develop behavioral and demographic customer segmentation models tailored to distinct buyer personas (e.g., direct-to-consumer online buyers vs. clinic/physician-referred patients). Implement AI-enabled personalization elements where applicable.
- Conversion & Compliance Optimization: Create targeted nurture sequences that address customer hesitations regarding hair restoration technology, outline clinical usage guidelines, and ensure high product adoption and adherence.
- Cross-Channel Messaging: Own the strategy and execution across owned channels, primarily focusing on email and SMS marketing, alongside push or web notifications.
- Experimentation & Testing Roadmap: Design, execute, and analyze rigorous A/B and multivariate tests (subject lines, content structure, offer types, send times, and cadence) to continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Product, E-commerce, Customer Experience (CX), and Creative teams to ensure consistent brand voice, aligned promotional calendars, and smooth handoffs between automated marketing and human-led support.
- Analytics & Reporting: Maintain dashboards tracking lifecycle metrics, including lead-to-conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC) payback, retention velocity, churn recovery, and overall customer lifetime value (LTV).
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience owning CRM, growth, or lifecycle marketing in a B2C or high-growth e-commerce/health-tech brand.
- Technical Stack Fluency: Demonstrated, deep experience operating email/SMS marketing platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar Enterprise ESPs). Familiarity with Salesforce integrations is a strong plus.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical toolkit—capable of translating complex cohort, engagement, and conversion data into actionable marketing strategies. Working knowledge of basic SQL or advanced Excel is preferred.
- Creative and Copywriting Instincts: Strong baseline design and copy instincts, with the ability to write compelling, empathetic, and conversion-oriented lifecycle copy. Experience utilizing design tools like Canva or Figma is helpful.
- Test-and-Learn Culture: Proven track record of designing structured testing frameworks that measurably scale revenue and engagement.
