Overview
 
Our client is seeking a Family Law Litigation Associate with at least 4 years of experience to join their team. This role is ideal for an autonomous attorney who thrives in the courtroom and is passionate about guiding clients through complex domestic relations matters.
 
Compensation:

• $120,000-$150,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and manage court hearings, trials, mediations, and depositions throughout South Florida.
• Manage a litigation caseload from initial client intake through final judgment or settlement.
• Provide strategic, empathetic counsel to clients navigating divorce, child custody, alimony, paternity, and asset division.
• Draft high-quality pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, mediation statements, and marital settlement agreements.
• Conduct comprehensive financial discovery, including analyzing financial affidavits, tax returns, and corporate documents.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar (Required).
• Minimum of 4+ years of dedicated Family Law litigation experience.
• Proven track record of handling independent court appearances and arguing contested motions.
• Must live in or near Miami, FL, to accommodate occasional office visits and in-person legal proceedings.
