Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary $80,000 per year
• Health insurance

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee commercial litigation files, including case organization, theory development, and strategic analysis.
• Draft, format, and file legal documents including complaints, pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and subpoenas.
• Maintain strict proficiency in federal and state civil procedures, ensuring all court rules and deadlines are met.
• Conduct comprehensive legal and factual research; provide summarized findings to the legal team.
• Actively engage with attorneys on case strategy and litigation support.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience
• Advanced knowledge of Florida court rules, filing procedures, and case management protocols.
• Proficiency with legal research tools and litigation support software.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently while maintaining extreme attention to detail.
