Our Client is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Miami, Nashville, or Austin office. The Associate will work on complex commercial disputes and collaborate with a team of seasoned litigators in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on a wide range of commercial litigation cases from start to finish.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and appellate documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare clear, high-quality memos.
• Manage the discovery process, including taking and defending depositions.
• Help with trial preparation and take part in hearings, arbitrations, and trials when needed.

 
Qualifications:

• JD from a well-regarded or top law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Florida, Tennessee, or Texas.
• Federal clerkship experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience at a top AmLaw firm is a plus.
• 2-6 years of commercial litigation experience.
