This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys acting as general counsel to Homeowners Associations (HOAs), Condominium Owners Associations (COAs), and Cooperative Associations (COOPs), and who is looking for a better work environment—collaborative, flexible, and low-ego. You’ll work with a team of smart, efficient attorneys who focus on getting the job done without unnecessary stress or micromanagement.   Compensation and Benefits: Base salary (2 – 4 years of experience): $100,000-$125,000 5+ years of experience: Compensation increases with experience Attorneys with a book of business will be highly valued and compensated accordingly Fully remote position Unlimited Paid Time Off Relaxed and supportive work culture Performance bonuses Key Responsibilities: Serve as general counsel to HOAs, COAs, and COOPs Advise boards and property managers on: Governance and compliance matters Florida community association statutes and regulations Real estate, contracts, enforcement, and operational issues Draft, review, and revise governing documents, resolutions, contracts, and policies Provide strategic legal guidance to association boards and leadership Litigation experience is a plus but not required.   Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active bar admission in Florida. Minimum of 2 years experience representing or advising HOAs, COAs, condominiums, cooperatives (COOPs), or other community associations required. Strong knowledge of community association law, real estate principles, and related statutes.

Attorney – Marchman/Baker Act/Guardianship Cases

Job Title: Attorney – Marchman/Baker Act/Guardianship Cases Job Type: Full Time Location: Boca Raton (Hybrid) or Jacksonville, FL     Job Overview:   Our Client is seeking an experienced Attorney to handle Marchman Act, Baker Act, and Guardianship cases. Ideal candidates will have prior experience working in a State Attorney’s Office, Public Defender’s Office, or routinely handling these types of cases in private practice.  This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and impactful matters, providing advocacy and guidance in mental health and guardianship proceedings.   Compensation and Benefits: Base salary: $100,000-$120,000 Flexible work arrangements: Boca Raton (Hybrid) or Jacksonville office Opportunity to work on high-impact cases in a collaborative environment   Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in Marchman Act (substance abuse), Baker Act (mental health), and Guardianship cases Prepare and file petitions, motions, and court documents Attend hearings, trials, and other court proceedings Advise clients, families, and stakeholders on legal options and procedures   Qualifications: JD from an accredited law school. Matrimonial Associate Attorney

Job Title: Matrimonial Associate Attorney Job Type: Full Time (Hybrid – In person or Remote) Location: Florham Park, New Jersey   Job Overview:   Our client is seeking a Matrimonial Associate Attorney with family law experience to join their growing practice. This position is ideal for a compassionate and detail-oriented attorney who is comfortable handling sensitive matters and working closely with clients.    Compensation and Benefits: Competitive compensation:  $115,000 – $125,000 yearly 401(k) Health insurance Paid Holidays Paid time off Bonuses AFLAC The Family Law Associate will represent clients in family law cases and assist in all aspects of family law litigation, including legal research, drafting legal documents, communication with clients, and appearing in court, mediation, arbitration, etc.   Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice to clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and domestic violence Conduct client consultations to assess legal issues and gather relevant information Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court hearings Analyze case facts and apply relevant law to provide informed legal advice Prepare discovery requests and responses, including interrogatories, subpoenas, and document production Draft settlement agreements and child custody arrangements Prepare Case Information Statements including adept review of tax returns  Court Appearances-Attend hearings, trials, and conferences, advocating on behalf of clients Manage a caseload of family law cases from intake through resolution Maintain accurate and organized case files and client communication Work with paralegals and legal assistants to ensure timely and efficient case management Regularly communicate with clients to keep them informed about case progress and strategy Provide compassionate and empathetic guidance, understanding the emotional nature of family law cases Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal teams to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcome for clients Participate in team meetings and provide updates on case status     Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in New Jersey. Minimum of 3-6 years family law experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage a high caseload and work under pressure.
