Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active bar admission in Florida. Strong knowledge of community association law, real estate principles, and related statutes.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience working in a State Attorney’s Office, Public Defender’s Office, or routinely handling these types of cases in private practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and impactful matters, providing advocacy and guidance in mental health and guardianship proceedings. This position is ideal for a compassionate and detail-oriented attorney who is comfortable handling sensitive matters and working closely with clients.
