Key Responsibilities: Manage various aspects of complex commercial litigation, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and motion practice. This role is designed for a high-performing attorney looking to transition from a traditional law firm model into a strategic, business-integrated environment. You will take full ownership of litigation strategy, working directly with executive leadership to influence business outcomes and manage diverse real estate and commercial disputes.
