Key Responsibilities Assist in managing and coordinating all Probate, Trust, and Guardianship litigation cases. Collaborate with attorneys to prepare and review legal documents for contested estates, including Petitions for Administration, Trust Contests, and Guardianship Appointments. Manage the discovery process specifically for estate disputes, including drafting subpoenas and organizing case exhibits.
