Our client is a leading provider of probate, inheritance and estate advances. Serving a national consumer market over the phone and online, providing cash advances to consumers awaiting an inheritance tied up in probate court or otherwise delayed. The company maintains a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and seeks motivated sales professionals to join their growing team.
 
Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary: $40,000-$50,000 plus commissions that reward performance

What You’ll Do

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound consumer calls with professionalism, respect, and empathy
• Build strong, positive relationships with customers nationwide
• Explain services clearly, maintain and develop customer relationships, and close transactions that help customers meet their objectives
• Track all sales activities in a CRM system
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
• Collaborate with co‑workers and support staff, welcoming training and guidance from managers and peers and later mentoring newer hires

 
What We’re Looking For

• Strong cold caller
• No prior probate or estate law knowledge required
• Strong interpersonal and phone communication skills
• Good judgment, patience, and excellent listening skills
• Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously — from first contact to closure
