Our client is a leading provider of probate, inheritance and estate advances. Serving a national consumer market over the phone and online, providing cash advances to consumers awaiting an inheritance tied up in probate court or otherwise delayed. The company maintains a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and seeks motivated sales professionals to join their growing team.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary: $40,000–$50,000 plus commissions that reward performance

What You’ll Do
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound consumer calls with professionalism, respect, and empathy
- Build strong, positive relationships with customers nationwide
- Explain services clearly, maintain and develop customer relationships, and close transactions that help customers meet their objectives
- Track all sales activities in a CRM system
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Collaborate with co‑workers and support staff, welcoming training and guidance from managers and peers and later mentoring newer hires
What We’re Looking For
- Strong cold caller
- No prior probate or estate law knowledge required
- Strong interpersonal and phone communication skills
- Good judgment, patience, and excellent listening skills
- Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously — from first contact to closure
